We do our repairs in store with the exception of some special settings. All repairs are locked up every night in our vault. Come in with your broken jewelry and let's see what we can do!
Eric, our Certified Master Horologist does our watch repairs in the store. The only watch repairs we send out are the ones for warranty work.
